With the freedom provided by the scholarship’s support to focus on her studies and health, Mia discovered a passion for genetics and is now preparing to commence a Masters of Genetic Counselling at the University of Technology Sydney in 2026.

Peter Vu
Peter
is a proud scholarship recipient who has since transitioned into full-time work as a Consultant at BDO Australia. Since graduating, he has embraced the busy and challenging nature of professional life, applying his studies while continuing to develop his career. Alongside work, Peter has commenced his Chartered Accountant (CA) studies, further strengthening his expertise in the field. Outside of work and study, he recently travelled to Japan on his first overseas trip since graduating.
All donations help to fund initiatives that are tailored to help young people with disability achieve their dreams.
